2017 Kids Triathlon – Saturday, May 20th & Sunday, May 21st, 2017

On the weekend of Saturday May 20th and Sunday May 21st, the sixth annual Houston Texans Kids Triathlon will take place at NRG Stadium. Juniors (6-10) race on Saturday and Seniors (11-14) on Sunday.

Swim Training: Swim Training will be at Black Middle School on Mondays and Wednesdays: Beginners swim 4:14-5 and Intermediate/Advanced 5-5:50.
Biking: Bike training will be offered Saturday mornings at 8am at Candlelight Park or T.C. Jester Park. Be sure you’re on the triathlon emails for up-to-date biking information.
Run: Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6pm run training will take place at Candlelight Park. (We will add biking to this day eventually-keep reading your triathlon emails!)
Wednesday Mornings: “Greet the Sun” is back from 7:20 a.m. to 7:40 a.m. at Oak Forest Elementary blacktop. Jessica Woods from Camp Gladiator has graciously donated her time to make this a fun experience for ALL OFE students. Come exercise your body before your minds get to work!
Don’t wait, there is a limit to how many kids can sign up and the event has sold out the last five years.
