Making sure our children eat healthy foods and get enough exercise is a growing concern for parents. The Healthy Kids Committee was created to help
promote health awareness in the Oak Forest community.

Our goal this year is to provide tips
to children and parents on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and to keep them informed of local events and resources as well as helpful links on nutrition
and activities.
